These four things, O monks, are conducive to the growth of wisdom. What four?
Nầy các Tỳ Kheo, có bốn điều ích lợi cho sự phát triển của trí tuệ. Bốn điều nầy là bốn điều gì?
- Association with superior persons,
- Hearing the good Dhamma,
- Proper attention,
- Practice in accordance with the Dhamma.
These four things are conducive to the growth of wisdom.
- Thân cận với những vị Thiện Tri Thức,
- Lắng nghe những bài giảng tốt đẹp về Phật Pháp,
- Chú tâm đúng đắn,
- Thực hành Giáo Pháp.
Đây là bốn điều ích lợi cho sự phát triển của trí tuệ.

These four things are also a great help to a human being.
Bốn điều trên cũng là sự trợ giúp lớn lao cho con người.
